Esta elegante villa de dos plantas ha sido diseñada para ofrecer una estancia cómoda, privada y relajante, ideal para familias o pequeños grupos que buscan desconectar con todas las comodidades.
En la planta baja se encuentra una luminosa zona de estar con salón, cocina abierta totalmente equipada y una zona de comedor con mesa para seis personas. El salón dispone de una gran televisión con canales internacionales y una puerta acristalada totalmente abatible que da acceso directo al jardín, creando una agradable conexión entre interior y exterior.
El jardín privado es un auténtico rincón de descanso, equipado con tumbonas para tomar el sol, una barbacoa de gas y una mesa exterior con seis sillas, perfecta para cenar al aire libre bajo las estrellas.
También en la planta baja se encuentran dos dormitorios con camas individuales. Uno de ellos cuenta con baño privado con ducha y vestidor, mientras que el segundo baño, con bañera, está disponible para uso general.
En la planta superior se sitúa el tercer dormitorio, con cama de matrimonio, baño en suite con ducha, televisión con canales internacionales y un balcón privado con vistas parciales al Océano Atlántico — un lugar ideal para disfrutar del desayuno o relajarse al atardecer.
La villa dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón y en todos los dormitorios, para garantizar el máximo confort durante todo el año.
En la parte trasera de la propiedad hay también un espacio exterior con lavadora, perfecto para hacer la colada y tender la ropa.
A poca distancia de la casa se encuentra la zona de piscinas compartidas, de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes del San Miguel Village. Dispone de dos piscinas de agua salada, climatizadas durante los meses de invierno — ideales para relajarse, nadar o tomar el sol en total tranquilidad bajo el cielo de Tenerife.

Absolutely Perfect Stay
Our stay at this stunning villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. The villa itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with comfort. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – we slept like royalty every night! The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing or cooling off after a day at the beautiful pool . The garden offered plenty of space to unwind and enjoy meals alfresco The location was ideal – peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, every little detail was thought of. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back. If you’re considering a stay in Tenerife, don’t hesitate – this villa is everything you could hope for and more!

Absolutely stunning property, refurbished to the highest spec, modern and luxurious whilst keeping all home comforts you could possibly need. Perfect location a stones throw from the ocean and shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend the Indian restaurant in the centre, gorgeous Italian up the road and beachfront cafe for cocktails! The pool area is a few minutes away and is truly amazing, very private to just chill. We stayed as a couple but will be going back with friends soon as there's loads of room. One of the best places we've ever stayed, highly recommend to get your booking in early!

The surrounding area is well-kept, with plenty of room for sunbeds, umbrellas and a lifeguard, making it an ideal spot for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a sunset drink. Owners: ★★★★★ Anth was fantastic from minute 1. He was accomodating and answered all of our questions as well as provided lots of recommendations. You could not ask for anything more! Five star place in the sun!
We stayed at 52 San Miguel Village at the beginning of July as a family group with ages ranging from 17 to 75. The villa was inviting, luxurious and extremely comfortable with everything that you could possibly need and more from a holiday property. Everything has been equipped to a very high standard from the decor, bedrooms, bathroom suites to the hob with built in extractor (careful it doesn't thieve your bacon or scrambled egg from your pan....it really is that good!) The view from the upstairs balcony is superb and allows you to enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the early morning. Beds are all very comfortable with quality linen provided. Two of the rooms are en-suite and the downstairs bedroom with en-suite also has a walk in wardrobe - a very unexpected addition. All bedrooms are also equipped with air-conditioning, as is the large, spacious downstairs living area. Location wise, it is superb, a 20 minute drive / taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas or a 5 -10 minute walk up the road to San Blas where there are a number of restaurants and bars where you will find live music at at least one on most nights. A further 15 minutes along the coastal promenade brings you to the small fishing village of Los Abrigos. Again, a number of restaurants here serving local food and drinks....a prawn and chicken paella went down very well here with an ice cold white wine. I can recommend this property highly enough, and we will definitely be looking to return again in the future.
Home away from home in the sun
Stayed at this luxurious house as a party of 6 which varied in age from 16-75, and this house exceeded all our needs and expectations. The house is finished to a very high spec with all amenities you would need. There is air con in every bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with all you would need and more. The location of the house is perfect with a sea view and all local amenities just a 5-10 minute walk away. The communal pool is spotless and has a lifeguard there all the time. There is a shallow children's pool as well as a larger pool which are both lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The San Blass is perfect for eating out and a few pubs with live music, we enjoyed the Irish Rose for drinks and Spoons did a lovely lunch. The views from Parma restaurant were unmatched. Lots of nice places for evening meals. A 15-20 minute walk along the sea front leads you to Los Abrigos which is stunning and frequented by lots of locals eating, drinking and jumping in the sea from the Pier. They have amazing fish restaurants and Tapas, highly recommend a visit or two here. Los Cristianos/Las Americas is a 20 min taxi away cost about €30-€40 for a livlier night out but there is also a local bus you can get. I would highly recommend this house to stay and I can't wait to go back.
