Questa elegante villetta su due livelli è pensata per offrire un soggiorno all’insegna del comfort, della privacy e del relax, ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi in cerca di una pausa rigenerante.
Al piano terra si apre una luminosa zona giorno con salotto e cucina open space. Il salotto, dotato di una grande TV con canali internazionali e una porta patio completamente apribile, si affaccia sul curato giardino, creando una perfetta continuità tra gli spazi interni ed esterni. La cucina, moderna e completamente accessoriata con un ampio frigorifero, si unisce alla zona pranzo con tavolo da sei posti, ideale per condividere momenti conviviali.
Il giardino è un vero angolo di relax: lettini prendisole per godersi il sole, un barbecue a gas per grigliate all’aperto e un tavolo da esterno con sei posti per cene sotto le stelle.
La zona notte al piano terra comprende due camere da letto con letti singoli. Una dispone di bagno privato con doccia e cabina armadio, perfetta per garantire comfort e riservatezza. Sempre su questo piano si trova anche un secondo bagno con vasca.
Salendo al primo piano si accede alla terza camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale, bagno privato con doccia, TV con canali internazionali e un balcone da cui si può godere di una vista parziale sull’Oceano Atlantico: un angolo perfetto per iniziare la giornata con una colazione all’aperto o concluderla al tramonto.
Tutti gli ambienti – salotto e camere da letto – sono climatizzati per assicurare il massimo benessere in ogni stagione.
Infine, nella parte posteriore della proprietà è presente un pratico spazio esterno con lavatrice, ideale anche per stendere il bucato.
A poca distanza dalla villetta si trova anche l’area piscine, accessibile esclusivamente agli ospiti di San Miguel Village. Qui vi attendono due piscine con acqua salata, riscaldate nei mesi invernali: un’oasi perfetta per rilassarsi, nuotare o semplicemente godersi il sole di Tenerife in tutta tranquillità.

Absolutely Perfect Stay
Our stay at this stunning villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. The villa itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with comfort. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – we slept like royalty every night! The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing or cooling off after a day at the beautiful pool . The garden offered plenty of space to unwind and enjoy meals alfresco The location was ideal – peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, every little detail was thought of. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back. If you’re considering a stay in Tenerife, don’t hesitate – this villa is everything you could hope for and more!

Absolutely stunning property, refurbished to the highest spec, modern and luxurious whilst keeping all home comforts you could possibly need. Perfect location a stones throw from the ocean and shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend the Indian restaurant in the centre, gorgeous Italian up the road and beachfront cafe for cocktails! The pool area is a few minutes away and is truly amazing, very private to just chill. We stayed as a couple but will be going back with friends soon as there's loads of room. One of the best places we've ever stayed, highly recommend to get your booking in early!

Every corner is spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a brand-new home. The interior is tastefully decorated with a modern, yet cozy vibe. The spacious layout is perfect for families or groups, and the three bedrooms are both comfortable and private, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure, sightseeing or sunbathing. Pool: ★★★★★ One of the highlights of the property has to be the amazing pool. It’s large, crystal clear, and perfect for both swimming and lounging. The surrounding area is well-kept, with plenty of room for sunbeds, umbrellas and a lifeguard, making it an ideal spot for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a sunset drink. Owners: ★★★★★ Anth was fantastic from minute 1. He was accomodating and answered all of our questions as well as provided lots of recommendations. You could not ask for anything more! Overall Experience: This villa combines a fantastic location, luxury, and convenience. Whether you’re here for a beach holiday, adventure, or a relaxing break, you’ll have it all. A must-stay if you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located property! Highly recommend.
Five star place in the sun!
We stayed at 52 San Miguel Village at the beginning of July as a family group with ages ranging from 17 to 75. The villa was inviting, luxurious and extremely comfortable with everything that you could possibly need and more from a holiday property. Everything has been equipped to a very high standard from the decor, bedrooms, bathroom suites to the hob with built in extractor (careful it doesn't thieve your bacon or scrambled egg from your pan....it really is that good!) The view from the upstairs balcony is superb and allows you to enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the early morning. Beds are all very comfortable with quality linen provided. Two of the rooms are en-suite and the downstairs bedroom with en-suite also has a walk in wardrobe - a very unexpected addition. All bedrooms are also equipped with air-conditioning, as is the large, spacious downstairs living area. Location wise, it is superb, a 20 minute drive / taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas or a 5 -10 minute walk up the road to San Blas where there are a number of restaurants and bars where you will find live music at at least one on most nights. A further 15 minutes along the coastal promenade brings you to the small fishing village of Los Abrigos. Again, a number of restaurants here serving local food and drinks....a prawn and chicken paella went down very well here with an ice cold white wine. I can recommend this property highly enough, and we will definitely be looking to return again in the future.
Home away from home in the sun
Stayed at this luxurious house as a party of 6 which varied in age from 16-75, and this house exceeded all our needs and expectations. The house is finished to a very high spec with all amenities you would need. There is air con in every bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with all you would need and more. The location of the house is perfect with a sea view and all local amenities just a 5-10 minute walk away. The communal pool is spotless and has a lifeguard there all the time. There is a shallow children's pool as well as a larger pool which are both lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The San Blass is perfect for eating out and a few pubs with live music, we enjoyed the Irish Rose for drinks and Spoons did a lovely lunch. The views from Parma restaurant were unmatched. Lots of nice places for evening meals. A 15-20 minute walk along the sea front leads you to Los Abrigos which is stunning and frequented by lots of locals eating, drinking and jumping in the sea from the Pier. They have amazing fish restaurants and Tapas, highly recommend a visit or two here. Los Cristianos/Las Americas is a 20 min taxi away cost about €30-€40 for a livlier night out but there is also a local bus you can get. I would highly recommend this house to stay and I can't wait to go back.
