It offers everything you need to enjoy pleasant moments: during the day, you can relax by the pool or on the two terraces, perfect for soaking up the Tenerife sun and enjoying an evening aperitif; in the evening, you’ll find a wide selection of bars and venues nearby, including the poolside bar-restaurant The Waterfall, which also features live music.

The House

The house is spread over two floors:

• Ground Floor:
  It includes a living room, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, shower, and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.
• Second Floor:
  This floor features a spacious living area with a kitchen, dining table, and a comfortable sofa. As an added feature, there is a fantastic wall-mounted TV with international channels.

  On either side of the living area, you’ll find two terraces:

  • The uncovered terrace is perfect for sunbathing all day and is equipped with sun loungers.
  • The covered terrace is ideal for spending pleasant evenings or relaxing during the hottest hours of the day.

Amenities

The house is equipped with a large TV in the living room offering a wide range of international and British channels (SKY TV, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, etc.). The bedroom TV provides Spanish channels.

Other Things to Note

The house is located near the airport, making it convenient to reach. However, as it is situated along the landing path of airplanes, it may not be suitable for people particularly sensitive to noise.
