About Us
We are JDH Properties Tenerife, a local company specializing in property management and vacation rentals since 2007. In 2015, we took over the company, drawing on our extensive experience in the Italian tourism sector. Over the years, we’ve gained in-depth knowledge of the market in the area between El Médano and Amarilla Golf, which has allowed us to relaunch and grow the business, consistently improving the quality of service we provide.
In early 2024, we opened a new office at the San Blas Commercial Center in Golf del Sur, officially expanding our services to include property sales. This activity, which we had been conducting since 2018 in partnership with another agency, is now fully integrated into our offerings. At the same time, to differentiate our real estate services from our property management and vacation rental business, the latter is now represented by our new brand: JDH Holiday Tenerife.
